Cancellations & Late Arrivals
Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their service shortened or rescheduled.

Service Guarantee
If you experience an issue with your service, please contact us within 7 days. We’ll be happy to assess and correct it when appropriate. Changes to color, shape, or design are not considered complimentary corrections.

Health & Safety
Please inform your technician of any allergies, sensitivities, injuries, or health concerns before your service.

Children
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
